Nuri was great
Nuri was great, very patient & helped me multiple times during the impression process. Without her not sure I could have finished. Mine took longer but it was due to me. I would recommend them to everyone I know 😁

They sent me the wrong color twice
They sent me the wrong color twice, but it was no hesitation in sending me the correct one. They were prompt and always responded in a timely manner. The device fits really well and I'm finally satisfied

I needed both upper and lower partials
I needed both upper and lower partials. The first mold at home process was successful but when my dentures arrived, they were too tight. I wore them for a few days but could not wear them for they hurt my gums. I contacted customer service and they shipped out immediately a new mold at home kit. When my second set of dentures arrived, they were PERFECT. I have my smile back, chew corn on the cob, steak and all the foods I have had trouble with in the past. Thank you Reset Smile for saving me thousands of dollars and I do have my Reset Smile back.
