My kids got to airport and was told no tickets even though they had the email with confirmation number. Airlines said credit card declined, nope the money had already been deducted from account. Called company they told me someone cancelled the tickets. I ended up paying more and they ended up up not getting to fly out, they had to get a next day flight. Will not use this this company ever again.

Very disappointing experience. This website is not reliable at all and makes your trip stressful even before you get on the plane. They show fake low prices online, then contact you by WhatsApp or phone claiming that “the fare has gone up” and ask you to pay a higher price directly. My reservation was never confirmed, and the communication felt misleading and unprofessional. I decided to cancel immediately and informed my bank to block any potential charge. Avoid this site and book directly with the airline or a reputable platform.

ok ok, I almost fell for the "okie-Dokie"....I made 3 calls 1st to the company just to check, 1st call, no one answered, the next call guy changed his name, after my 1st question he hung up call, the 3rd call sounded like the same person, then quickly cancelled the call as well....I do believe this is a SCAMMER group. I STRONGLY would NOT recommend. Plz do your homework. THE "ALINA" top reviews were done by its own company...LOL

What went wrong? You advertised one price online, then when I called you denied my locked in cost and would not book it for the price advertised. How can you improve? Stop lying to people and using false advertisement. You have scamlike tendencies and perhaps a few ppl may actually get a decent experience and airfare, consistency and honesty would greatly help your company be a reputable entity in the travel market...outside of that all you do is aggravate possible clients at a time when civility and concern are much needed. I used a rarely used email for this and the idea that reservations club calls you to make the price higher and another company Farequeats bills it but it doesn't show at the bank for several days seemed fishy. I called and was given many excuses. Yesterday, a few days after the charge presented my Hotmail account was locked for suspicious activity and once I got that fixed a smap email was sent to 34 terrible sounding sites with my email name sent to all of them. I suspect many future problems from this interaction......

La experiencia ha sido nefasta. En primer lugar promocionan pasajes a precios q luego de comprados te indican q se agotaron y te los ofrecen a precios de más del doble. Luego te ofrecen descuentos para incentivarte a comprarlos igual. Te envían los tickets y las tarjetas de embarque y cuando llegas al aeropuerto y a la ventanilla de la aerolínea te dicen q la reserva no existe. Es todo una gran MENTIRA. Si hubiera leído las reseñas de clientes anteriores no hubiera contratado. No hemos podido viajar y perdimos las reservaciones q teníamos para un evento en Nashville el día de hoy. Experiencia nefasta

TOTALSCAM COMPANY...they never sent a booking nu.mber and always try to get you to buy a higher ticket..but can never resolve the priblem.Just more chargez.Save your money.

Scam!!!! On April 26 I purchased a one-way flight leaving on April 29 from Santo Domingo to JFK for $315. I never received the tickets. I called customer service and was told by Bruce (the only person thats ever answers the phone) the tickets should arrive in my e-mail within 24hrs, that never happened. I called back on the 27th and was told before the end of business day, another lie. I called back on the 28th was told they should arrive within 3 hours, I allowed 4 hours to pass still no ticket. I'm furious at this point. I call back only to be told "I was just about to call you (another lie), the flight you requested is no longer available" I was done with them. However they did issue a refund but the experience was horrible. NO NOT BUY A FLIGHT!!! They are a scam.
