I booked online I was charged an amount, received email reservation unconfirmed with airline. They requested a call and stated they attempted to call me. They did not call me. When I talked to them they advise price was not available but can give me a price $300 over the price I booked. In my opinion this company entices people with lower prices online which is sketchy to get you to buy at higher price buyer beware. I requested a full refund. They were not able to get me the price I booked online.

Do not use!!! This was such a stressful experience! And I’m not usually one to write reviews. First they gave me a price higher than what was online. Then, they told me they would send me my tickets 20 hours before, but I received them 4 hours before even after calling them 3 times. Finally, we were just about to board and they cancelled our tickets right before boarding so we missed our flight and had to re-book. Awful, anxiety filled experience I would not recommend!! Will be booking through the airlines from now on, even if it’s more expensive.

Don’t bother just use a mainstream website like Expedia/Priceline or book directly with airline.. Went to check reservation time and had two emails stating they tried calling to which I had no missed calls or voicemail so I called them and they said tickets no longer available at price and wanted an outrageous amount.. called seemed a bit sketch..

Negative zero stars. To good to be true. DO NOT USE. Horrible experience bunch of lies. Customer service is in India somewhere, they don't return emails when they answer they are not honest. They overbook then they want to switch days and times. They won't confirm 24 hours in advance. Do not use not worth loosing your vacation plans. The people that had positive experience got lucky it's definitely a gamble. I don't recommend 🤬 it's a scam 😡

They let you go through with the booking, send you the confirmation and then an hour later send you a cancellation notice with "we tried to reach you." Literally sitting with my phone the whole time. I called, BS about oh those prices are not available and seats were limited and limited time..blah blah. Then I was given the kicker of double the fare to fly. SCAM. Old bait and switch.

Very bad experience – not recommended I booked a flight through Reservation Club from Washington, DC to Seattle for about $200. After booking, they kept calling me saying the fare was not available and kept increasing the price to $400, then $500–$530. They asked me to pay and promised to confirm the booking. On February 5, 2026, they sent me a ticket confirmation, but the next morning (February 6, 2026) they cancelled the ticket without my consent. They claimed the airline cancelled it, but when I contacted the airline directly, I was clearly told that Reservation Club made the cancellation, not the airline. Customer service was extremely unprofessional. Agents hung up on me, and the supervisor (Paul) was unable to answer questions and kept repeating: “There is no fare, there is no flight, there is no seat.” Because of their cancellation, ticket prices jumped from around $600 to $900, causing me financial loss and stress. I strongly do not recommend dealing with this company.
