Full Disclosure: My, individual, experience went very smooth. It took about 3 days to receive my booking confirmation, (reasonable, in my opinion, for the patient). Alan was pleasant and forthcoming about the process. Reservation Desk: 1.800.580.0142 Customer Service: 1.855.738.3355 The initial purchase on their site is more of a deposit for a ticket reservation, NOT direct payment for airline tickets. The fare displayed is very unlikely to be the price you finally pay (mine was approx. double). To agree with a 1 star reviewer, their email "confirmation" contains all cc numbers, in full, and other personally identifiable information, entirely legible. It certainly doesn't reflect that they "respect the privacy of your information". This needs to be unacceptable and addressed immediately. Conclusion: Decent experience; but I'll probably cut out the middle man next time. (that's worth a least ~$100). Thanks for encouraging me to write a review, Alan.

I appreciate being able to talk to a person about what I needed in a flight. I appreciate her explaining things to me. I don't understand how prices can change by hundreds of dollars in just 5 minutes though. I could give a more complete review after I take the flight, and things work out with the tickets I purchased.
