Zero stars. PRICE HIKED TWICE AND CALLED TO GET PAYMENT. A WEEK LATER THEY SEND "CONFIRMATION" BOARDING TICKET AT 2AM. FLIGHT DEPARTED AT 3AM- AIRPORT SAYS INVALID TICKET. SCAMMER WEBSITE!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!

They get zero all around the board they canceled my flight 3 times I was stuck ing Miami for 2 days and they still was trying to push my flight back bad experience never book with them again

Me & my sister booked 2 flights & got confirmation emails. Within 20 minutes we got emails saying this is our 2nd attempt to get ahold of you but yet no one called us. (Red flag #1) So we called them the guy couldn't find my flight & her flight was sold out.(Red flag #2) Plus something about our bags we had to pay at the airport but when we booked our flight online it let us book & pay.(Red Flag #3) So just look out alot of red flags!!! The guy was actually arguing with us on the phone just for calling him out on all the red flags. DONT BOOK !! SCAM!

I wish I could put a zero for a rating. Reservations club people were absolutely rude, I previously attempted to book a flight through them and ended up having to cancel it. They assured me the flight was cancelled and my card would not be charged. had an unknown charge on my account with no confirmation . When I tried to call them about it, they were rude and did not even try to help figure it out and the just hung up on me. I will never book from them again.

Horrible experience! Tickets were booked at the end of May. On the day of travel, we did not have a seat on the plane although we were informed (with confirmation) our flight was approved. Asked for refund and the policy states 5 to 7 billing cycles to return. SCAM! Do not use.

This company is awful. It was less than 24 hours until my flight, and they gave me my tickets at the very last second after I called them and asked all morning.I am a wreck! So nerve-racking to get your tickets last minute. I do not recommend using this agency. I will never use them again. In addition, I found the Customer Service to be condescending and rude.

Reservation Club was absolutely horrible!!! I believe the employees know they are screwing people and families over but they don’t care because they’re on commission. I bought two way tickets for me, my husband and our four kids. When I bought the tickets I specifically asked them if we would be on standby and they promised me that we were on the flight and not to worry. I would have NEVER had my four kids on stand by. They sent us boarding passes and we got all the way through security and to the gate before the airline told us our tickets had been canceled. I had to take my kids home until we actually got a flight on the 6th. On the way home was even worse. I had to drag my four kids through the airport again only to be denied again. I had to uber everyone there a hotel and didn’t actually get other boarding passes until 10am when we were supposed to catch 12:30 flight!! We ran through the airport again only to be denied at the gate. This time claiming fraud. They found another and were denied for the third time! I then gave up and paid$3400 to get my family home. We got home at 4:00am on Saturday morning. Two days after we were supposed to be home. It was absolutely horrific. I want to tell the world how horrible Reservation Club really is.

PLEASEEEE DONT BOOK WITH THEM THEY CANCELED MY FLIGHT 20 minutes before AND TOLD me pretty much good luck
