I called them 3 times. Spoke with a Rodrick Parker. He lied to me. He promised me up and down that he was going to call me back, he told me when I called back that he put in a request to his supervisor and again assured me that he would not leave his shift until he called me back. I called back asking for the people mentioned in these reviews and they were all supposedly 'not available', he didn't even check- he just said not available right away wihout even pausing. They say that they get Tickets in bulk and therefore can sell them at a cheaper price. I was not able to complete the process because I never got a full answer to my question or a call back. I believer this company only has about 3-4 people answering phones and I think they make up names. SHADY!!! Called Roderick a 4th time. After first telling me that he was wating for his supervisor (a LIE), he told me that the flights he had reserved for me were sold out. Then he found another flight but could not see the price. THIS time he took my name and my husbands names and dates of births and told me he will look up the price of the flight he found for me. He could not explain why he couldnt tell me the price right then and there. And then AGAIN told me that he would call me back in 30 minutes with a price. POINTLESS and a WASTE OF MY TIME. PLUS he is a LIAR!!! BEWARE of RODERICK PARKER! If that is even his real nam.

Bait and switch is right. Fare went up 3 times tried to move the dates. Had me going from direct flight to one with multiple stops.

A scam. Directly after purchase, I received an email stating the reservations aren’t yet confirmed. The email contained typos. I then got a call from an 855# with the rep telling me the seats were sold out and they could offer an alternate reservation at over $100 more. I said no and told them they better not charge my card. With that, they hung up on me. Stay away from this site.

This is a bait and switch operation. They show low air fares online but when you purchase the ticket you discover that you just made a reservation. When you call they try to sell you the same ticket for 3-5 higher prices pretending that your flight got cancelled. Their email "confirmation" contains all your cc numbers. I now needed to lock the card and get it replaced. Don't give them your real cc numbers!

Worst website and worst customer service. Prices which they show up are all fake and cs executives try giving wrong advices and try to coverup their doings

It’s a scam. Their website says they’re based in Fullerton but on the phone they said they were in Plano Texas. The representative didn’t know how to pronounce the wrong name from the email. Tons of spelling errors, especially with itinerary details I’m lucky I had blocked them from charging me. also, after politely trying to get them to cancel my reservation and delete my information the representative stayed on the phone with me still trying to get me to buy a ticket and did not listen to anything I was trying to say and then hung up on me after he had conceded. I’m still waiting on a confirmation of cancellation but nothing.
