I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services

Very helpful, got me a great deal. Even though when I booked it they emailed me to say the fare was no longer available and would be quite a bit more...which upset me at first and I figured it was a way to get more money out of me. I told the person I was talking to I was no longer interested and he said to please let him see what he could do. So I did and while he did that I checked on a fare directly with the airline they were substantially higher. So when he offered me the fare for only $10 more than the original I went ahead and booked it. I still saved a few hundred dollars! :)

Horrible experience, never notified about any plans with my flight, flight back home changed but I didn’t get the information so I ended up stuck at the airport hours before I could even check in

It was good, I will book again.
