After reviewing some other comments I realise that I too have been scammed. I thought I was dealing with the hotel directly, the price quoted of 117.00 (in New Zealand, which is where I was) was comparable to other agency prices. At no stage was there any indication that this was a US booking site, until I received my confirmation, at which point I've been charged in US$ , with a no cancellation no refund policy! Complete scam. I will continue to promote /review this negative experience as far and wide as I can to hopefully stop others from the same fate. No acknowledgement or response from them to my emails either.
