Do not buy from this company period..............!

I liked that there was only one section of rating with a number of stars, then room for a simple narrative rather than page after page of questions with ratings for each.

I wrote reviews for two different merchants on the 7/26/13 at ResellerRatings. However, it just posted my good review for Discount Mountain but omitted the negative review for Digisoft.

i wish all web site company's, were as fast and prompt as this one , this is the second time i have used them, what a wonderful experience in this day and age.

it were all verified consumer that bought from specify merchant and very 100% trusting rating and no bias and no fake and very good thing to have to check with them first review especially to the first time consumer and avoid being scam and dissatisfied customer.

USEFUL INFO BUT ANNOYING RESTRICTIONS

When making a decision to purchase goods over the Internet, I really feel that I need the "shopping experience" of other consumers. As in the www. retailers in general are honest and reliable and do deliver their promises however there are quite a number that do not. The frustration and bad feelings that follow are a huge disappointment, although, reading reviews of suppliers from real peoples experiences, of, not only the retailer but of the product that I have an interest in buying gives me the knowledge that I require. This is one of the instances where Reseller Ratings (as well as other peoples opinions that are shown on-Amazon regarding products) helps me to get a great deal and be sure the delivery will take place and my goods will arrive in perfect condition and my credit card detail is safe!

Resellerratings.com is not working. Some of our customers tried posting genuine reviews on Reseller Ratings. They disappeared. I tried signing up for a merchant account. When I click the big green button that says "See Our Plans and Pricing" it takes me to the home page where neither plans nor pricing are displayed. I also tried signing up for the "30 day free trial" All this seems to do is create a regular ratings account and not a merchant account. You would think a company that earns its income by offering criticisms of other websites would have a better functioning website and customer support of their own. It's ironic to think our reputation lays in the hand of a company who's own reputation is completely abysmal. Please remove Reseller Ratings from Google shopping!
