I left a review for a company that does business with Resellersratings.com. The review was a 1 star review. The review was posted to the companies web site but then disappeared. I went and looked at my profile on Resellersratings.com and it showed I had posted the review but for some unknown reason it is not showing. Makes you wonder if they are pulling negative reviews for paying customers? They state on the web site that reviews can not be removed but guess what?

You asked for my opinion on a reseller, I have it, then it said a minimum of 25 characters, that's bull, I shouldn't have to more than what I want to say to write a review of a company. Your forcing people to write crap they do not want, if they want to write more, fine, but don't tell them they have to write a certain amount to appease you.

ResellerRatings is hard to use and other ratings sites give a much easier and quicker user experience. It doesn't seem to recognize apostrophes, the anti robot pictures think coffee is tea etc etc. Frustrating and needlessly so.

Stop biting my swagg.

Bad experience. Only received part of my order. Did not receive any explanation for not receiving all of the order. Hopefully that this can come be resolved soon.

I Contacted ResellerRatings about a problem I had submitting a review. A week later I found that it was finally fixed, but never received any response to my email.

Forgot my password & the site wiped out my review. Recommend have people login first.
