No Response! Emailed reseller support on 10/7/2026 and again on 10/14/2026 asking how to claim my business profile and no follow up email.

ResellerRatings is an awful and poorly designed platform. It repeatedly refused to accept my valid information, and after I completed the feedback form again, the page showed an error. It was also nearly impossible to contact them for help. This platform wasted my time and made submitting honest feedback unnecessarily difficult. I do not recommend ResellerRatings.

We have been a customer of ResellerRating since 2014. Their customer service is top notch! When you send the a chat via the web site you are chatting with a person not A.I. Any issue I have had has been resolved at lighting speed. Highly recommend ResellerRaating

I tried to submit a negative review of Progressive insurance. I checked all the boxes, did everything I was supposed to and it kept rejecting the review. No wonder progressive has such god reviews on this platform!
