I felt inclined to leave a review for a site I've had good experience with that was getting a bad wrap (noticed it when I pulled up the site via a search), I went ahead and did a few other reviews for Amazon, Netflix, etc. Amazon has better reviews and kept my review on it, but my review for the site with a bad score was removed....why? I've heard of companies like Reseller Ratings preying on companies to pretty much blackmail them into paying for "customer reputation" ...I truly believe Reseller Ratings is doing this...Karma is a bitch and Reseller will eventually fold to a more trustworthy and reliable source for consumer feedback...

I first visited ResellerRatings in July 2010 to check out a merchant that I wanted to order from. I am a regular visitor to RelellerRatings and their information has been very helpful in deciding on which vendor to select. I always avoid vendors that get more than 20 percent bad reviews. I always pay more attention to the bad reviews rather than the good ones.

It was so frustrating! First, it started rating with words, but it woudn't accept my survey, even after typing and retyping and listening to that stupid robotic voice. It kept requesting an answer to the first question, which had been answered! Next, it started asking me for my email, which was also typed and retyped about six times. HORRIBLE waste of time, unless of course I win something! I've read that these surveys never reach the merchant anyway, they just want your email to pass along.

ResellerRatings is a quick and easy survey rather than those ten to twenty minute surveys that throw a hundred questions at you. That is why I chose to fill out the survey regardless of the prizes they offer!

i love being able to write reviews. i feel like i can help other buyers choose the best selection of stores through personal experience and avoid them trouble. i really think everyone has different experiences and thats why it is so important to post opinions and always check the expiration dates and rate the manufacturers.

This company is absurd, they continue to raise rates on their customers. They've gone from $39/m - $99/m and now have raised again from $99 - $199/m. Unbelievable! Don't fall for their scam, once you sign up at their regular rate, they will increase it within a few months.

Easy to read email, easy to rate seller. Couldn't be a better experience.
