I LOVE THE WAY THE TRASH TRUCK DRIVER LOOKED AT ME,....AND DROVE OFF.....I MISSED MY PICK UP BY A FEW SECONDS,..... I WILL GIVE YOU GUYS 5 STARS,....ITS BETTER TO HAVE A GUY LIKE THAT DRIVING A TRASH TRUCK ,....THAN ON STREETS ROBBING PEOPLE.......5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

I work with Alonso Pina, Account Manager, at Republic Services. Alonso is the Account Manager for our VVCA trash service. I was ready to pull our contract until we were given Alonso as our rep. He is responsive, keeps his promises and our service has improved ten-fold since he has been overseeing our account. Hats off to Alonso Pina!! Republic Services is lucky to have you on their team.

So we live just off Kings Rd in Nampa, Id - i had a wheely bin that got accidentally damaged, i called Republic Services call center, spoke to a really helpfull person. That said they would take care of it - a very courteous employee just droped off my brand new trash can, when they said they would - we have been living here 14 years and this is the first time that i have ever called them. Very happy

Republic Services has an amazing team of professional, probably one of the best, very friendly, prompt, very helpful, just truly awesome people and service. I have a little strip mall in Brooksville and stuck with other company for 3 years, couldn’t wait for the contract to expired. I have spoken to one of the reps. at Republic Services several years before and if I knew then what I know now, I would have just paid the fine to get out of the other company and sign up with Republic services much sooner. Should anyone have to pay a fine to break the contract, it’s truly worth it to go with this great company, which is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Warren has an amazing memory, he remembers spoken to me many years prior and still taking a great care of any questions, concerned I had and solve issues immediately, just amazing. I spoke to a super friendly, enthusiastic and eager to help, name Samara Alexander. She was so patience, explained so many questions I had and best yet, followed up. At the end of several calls, I was as impressed with this company as I compared them to any excellent customer services of any luxury hotels. Then, on top of all these, I got a call from Yvonne (apologize for the spelling) introduced herself (super friendly) You all have earned a very loyal customer, and should anyone have doubt having to pay others to get out of any contracts, it is “worth it” to just pay and switch to Republic Services; you will not regret. The other big company wills un-reasonable price gouging, missing pickup and no caring customer services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Republic. I have had a 2 yd. container at my property since 1992, went through many companies and finally the last several years Republic. I love the drivers and I love Stephanie in the office. I had a minor problem and she solved it totally in about 3 hours. Republic got short changed with the county requiring everybody to have a garbage container along with their debris container. But as usual the county didn't tell them totally who already had a garbage container with the county and would not require one with Republic. That was my problem and she solved it up, PDQ, and got my bill adjusted. I will continue to be a customer for a very long time.
