We ordered a dumpster to come on 5/26/26 when we called them around 2:30pm to see what time they would come they said let me call the driver, the second time we called they said that they were a day behind due to the Holiday they never came. Then on 5/27/26 we called in the morning and they said we will be there between 10:30 and 3:30pm. We called them again at 3:30pm and he tried to tell us let me contact the driver at this point I said no I been told that several times I want to speak to a manager. They put me on hold and told me the manager is on another call the customer service person keeps coming back to the phone asking me questions. I have been on the phone now for 20 minutes and counting. This is ridiculous it is almost 2 days late I paid for a service that I did not get. I took time off work that I cannot get back and I had people here to help me. By the time this dumpster get here I will not have the help anymore. Is this how you do business

I so wish I could give them a NEGATIVE rating. They are just absolutely horrendous. By far, the worst vendor I have ever worked with. The agents on the phone do not tell you the truth if you run in to a problem. Which, you will most definitely experiences problems with Republic. You will be told a different story every day. They are also not reliable from a services standpoint. I cannot even believe they are in business. Please do yourself a favor and don't sign up with Republic. Giving them a 1 star YELP rating is being very kind. They are awful.

Three separate pick up promises. Multiple emails from representative Sean who's skill set was to provide new dates when pick ups were not provided.

Worst customer service ever! Countless phone calls with unhelpful people. They were supposed to deliver a trash bin April 1, 2026. 3 weeks later never arrived. I called several times, they said it has been "escalated" and would be delivered the next day each time. Never arrived. Then, I called to cancel the account and said I should get a $50 refund for the payment for bin because it was never received. The lady said the account was cancelled and the refund will be processed. She even acknowledged all the notes on the account. It's now end of April. No refund. What kind of business are they running? Called again and asked for the refund. Finally, it gets refunded over a month later. It's now mid-May. I get an email that my bill is past due, so they did not cancel my account when I called before because the bin was never delivered. Now, I've emailed Accounts Receivable and said this account should have already been cancelled because I want it on record even though I have all the other "tickets" too, and I still have to follow-up mid-May because they are charging me for zero service. Meanwhile, another service has already been picking up my garbage for weeks. What a bad joke.

Horrible customer service was being yelled at by a employee and hung up on me, very absurd how they treat their own customers overcharging without noticing me, wouldn’t recommend at all would recommend flood brother better pricing

spotty erratic service. No way to contact them, We have been with them for more than 10 years. we need to switch.

Doesn't get more trashy than charging $76 to pick up the trash can from a dead man's house.
