Very easy to understand and get through.

I would give them 5 stars, but they have on couple of occasions left out retail investors on their previous investment rounds. They really don't practice what they preach when comes to their own investments rounds. In addition, their Republic token has been delayed for over 2 years. That's probably why they are way behind Wefunder & StartEngine. At least they practice what they preach by allowing retail investors to participate in their investment rounds.

Compared with the other startup investment aggregation platforms this has the best interface - making it easy to find important information and documentation on each company. However, on two occasions I had investments cancelled as I was not promptly alerted to addition information requests. When I took the necessary action the team mishandled the subsequent follow up communication (different people telling me different things) and the follow-up actions to resolve the issues. Overall, a streamlined platform and process but clearly teething issues.

Republic offers a good variety of investment opportunities, and plenty of opportunities for investors to learn. Republic also communicates regularly with their investment communities which is another plus.

CLEAR PRESENTATIONS EASY TO NAVIGATE

Great platform, easy to use and they have very good startups to invest in.

I have never used them but they keep emailing me with no unsubscribe which is illegal. I never joined up, never heard of you and I don't want this spam with no unsubscribe link. Check the laws. You can't just send spam people didn't sign up to (or even when they have) without an unsubscribe link.
