Walmart of fundraising platforms. We didnt get any replies to our questions for weeks but got spammed every other day, so they’re clearly Understaffed and in need of a better marketing team 👎🏾

1) Technical issues with login and payments. Slow support - should answer via chat within 5 minutes maximum. Get rid of tickets, I beg you! It's 20th century stuff. 2) Lack of transparency from the startups listed and funded via Republic. - Quarterly updates should be mandatory! Maybe, even with some fixed pre-defined format. This should be a requirement for being listed via Republic. For example, I've invested in Alphaflow - they haven't provided any meaningful business updates for a year, and now they are starting a new campaign? Not investing in companies like that anymore, regardless of their actual progress. 3) No updates on companies valuation. Would be awesome to see quarterly or semi-annually valuation reviews to track the progress. Look at the Masterworks.io, I know it's a difficult task to do, but still. Instead, you have the Tracker, which is more or less useless, IMHO. 4) The overall site performance is just awful (50mbps channel from Cyprus). Takes too much time to load. 5) No Android app!!! You've released an iOS app over a year ago, how long does it take to build an Android app, given that all back-end is already in place? You don't even have a job opening for that vacancy! 6) Poor KYC verification procedure - takes a lot of time, document requirements are confusing. 7) Prime Trust sends emails to the email address I used to sign-up with Republic, but I can not login into Prime Trust account - says that the account does not exist. Ideally, all Prime Trust account contents|holdings should be accessible from the Republic investor's cabinet. 8). It would be very helpful to see some justification for the valuation cap for any startup listed here. It must be transparent, how has it been calculated, what multiples are used and which arguments do support it. You claim to be doing a due-diligence before listing a startup, and that, I assume, involves the assesment of the valuation cap - it must be public! At the end of the day, you receive a 2% equity on each campaign - why don't you put any effort to work with such basic objections? You have to sell startups, not just list them. Otherwise this 2% fee isn't justified. 9) And yes, the process of finalizing investments takes WAY to long. That is just unacceptable. In my experience, it may take easily up to 6 months! And I know that you've had some issues with that - but no visible progress has been made here as well. Generally, there's a sense of lack of any positive development: most of the issues you've had a year ago are still there. Some of them - website stability and performance - have even got worse. I honestly don't undestand what are you working on, given all these obvious issues, most of which can be solved more or less easily, if you have 1 year of time and a decent development\product team. I start doubting you do. And yes, I can say it from my personal experience of building backoffice processes in fintech, including verification|KYC|AML|Payments UX. It's not a rocket science at all. On a positive side, from time to time I am still able to find some interesting companies and invest in them. But, considering Republic itself as a start-up, the (perceived by me as a potential investor) traction you have is a no-go. I would prefer investing on Start Engine, if the same company conducts a funding campaign on two platforms simultaneously. (And I even don't like Start Engine either) So guys, I wish you all the luck you need to succeed, but you really have to put it together, because the last year was a dissapointment for me as a user and investor who cares for what you're doing. BTW, feel free to contact me for any detailed feedback\custdev session. I'd be glad to help.

I like the simplicity of investing, closing, easy access to agreements and my portfolio availability of investments.

The account I was paying from was hacked. After my investment was presented to my bank by republic for payment and rejected, because I closed my account, I went on republics site and updated my information. When republic went to collect on 2 more investments they were presented for payment on my old account? I was told I needed to change ea investment to reflect the new account #, success, another investment was successful fm my new account. The next investment was presented to my bank on my savings account? I do not no how they got that account #, but it didn’t go thru? I lost out on that investment? How did my savings account get listed? I don’t no either bc I don’t use it to pay anything? Why these investments were not taken at the time I made them, I still haven’t gotten an answer on that yet? It clearly states that money will b withdrawn fm account when I made the investment, had that been true, the money was there in the account? But it wasn’t withdrawn till weeks later? Still don’t understand that? Now a company I invested with “Rule Breakers” funding ended and the perks fm that company has never been presented as they said it would, a few cookies…were never sent to me? When I inquired about the perks, I was told I was outta luck, I get no perks as listed? I invested into another startup and I’ll b dammed if republic didnt try to collect the money on my savings account again? No perks, presenting a payment to a account that shouldn’t even be in their system? And of course no way to ever talk to a real person, only emails for communication? That’s ok but when ur emails are ignored, can’t communicate at all! I have a couple more investments that were supposed to b taken at the time they were made, but still waiting to c if the payment is presented to my savings account to b paid? And I’ll never see my perks from anyone, haven’t so far? Republic email says I won’t see any perks till after the startup closes funding? Although Rule Breakers funding has closed and they said all the perks had been sent, I have a sinking feeling I’ll not ever c r taste my perks? There's gonna b a recommendation for a few more companies on republic but im gonna need to stick to another 3 platforms I invest on. Republic says Rule Breakers hasn’t closed yet r I would have received my perks? So, those are also gone! I’m gonna let Jeff brown know about this and hopefully he’ll stay away fm the republic platform, or I’m the only one this has happened too? This has been my personal experience on the republic platform so far this year! Went to ck my portfolio & outta 10+ companies, only 4 are showing up? Not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination for sure! So there’s my feedback! Good luck to everyone! I c I can’t change the date to reflect 2022, but this is for the year to date!
