I have always wanted transitions but didn't want to shell out the money that the brick and mortar stores charge. Surprised that RLE offered transitions at such a low price, I decided to give them a shot. I sent in a pair of my Ray Bans and tracked them to make sure they got to RLE. I originally thought that they did not receive my frames because USPS tracking deemed the location "undeliverable as addressed", however, the next day, it showed them as delivered. Unsure whether they got the frames, I sent an email an was told they had not received them yet. Worried, I requested that just the lenses be sent to me in case the frames were returned to me by the USPS. I was updated when my order into the lab, when they were finished, and when they were shipped out. Worried about the location of my frames, I sent an email to RLE the day the package was to be delivered and was assured the order included my frames. The best part was that RLE shipped my frames UPS next day air so I got them the day after I was notified that they were ready. I now own a nice pair of transitions at a reasonable price! Thanks RLE!

Once my frames arrived at their facility they were completed and shipped back within one day! They shipped them next day air service! My prescription hadn't gotten uploaded to my account online and they were corresponding with me via email, very fast and responsive. It took less time to ship my frames to Connecticut, have new lenses made and ship them back than to get a pair of prescription sunglasses made in my home state. The cost for out of pocket was less than half of what I would have spent here. I am thoroughly pleased with this company and will definitely be recommending them. A++ customer service.

The customer service is prompt and friendly. They helped me fix my order when I made numerous mistakes and made sure I had everything I needed. My lens are crisp and clear. I'm very happy with with how my sunglass and eyeglass lens turned out. Best part was the fast shipping! My only complaint, is that my Dolce and Gabbana sunglass case, that I sent it in, was not returned; however, that's it. Everything else was great so there's no reason to deduct any stars. Highly recommended. **Edit** They sent back my Dolce and Gabbana sunglass case promptly and at no cost to me. Everything is in perfect order now and still recommend this company highly.

From start to finish, a truly 5 star experienced. They answered any questions I had in less than a day. It only took them 4 business days to finish my lenses, the finished lenses in my frame were shipped and arrived very quickly. The lenses were exactly what I ordered, and were perfectly accurate to the prescription I provided. I'm extremely happy. I would recommend this company to my friends and family without any hesitation whatsoever. I have no doubt I will be a customer again in the future.

I will use them again because I selected what I wanted, mailed them my frames and prescription and two days latter I have my perfect progressive bifocal antiglare. etc, for 1/3 of the price.

I ordered lenses after my dog chewed my brand new glasses. They sent me the lenses so quickly and when they didn't come in exactly as I needed them they instantly made me new lenses and shipped them overnight. I will be recommending to everyone I know! Thank you so much for the great experience!

I had the pleasure of ordering from replacementlensexpress.com. Customer service was exceptional. I sent my frames in and got them back with the new lenses in a couple weeks.
