Best Experience - Outstanding Quality
Best experience in 20+ years wearing glasses! I wasn’t sure about ordering lenses online, especially for frames from European luxury design houses but Jennifer quickly and thoroughly answered all of my technical questions so I sent in my first pair. When I got them back, I was so happy that I sent in two more pairs…and saved hundreds of dollars! The process was quicker than I expected and each pair (full rim, semi-rimless and metal frame) came back in pristine condition so I know they took great care in how they were handled in the lab and in shipping. They make good lenses
This is a small business lens manufacture, they have limited resources, and are not open seven days a week. However. if you want a perfect lens made to your prescription specifications, it is worth waiting. They remedy all my issues and proved to be reliable. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Great product, well worth the money!
I have had several Chemistrie clips and loved them. When I got my new pair of glasses recently, my optician did not offer this option. Replacement Lens Express offers retro-fit, so I sent them my new frames/glasses. RLE exactly matched the shape of the lenses and frame, and when the clip is attached, it just looks like a great pair of sunglasses! I tried the polarized gradient lenses this time, and I couldn’t be happier. The clips are especially great for plastic frames since regular stretchy clip-ons only fit metal frames.

Pay attention everybody
Pay attention everybody. Not all eyeglass lenses are equal. I have personally been a client of Replacement Lens Express for years. They truly provide excellent service and quick turnaround. I had them use my frames (although you could purchase from them too) and gave them my prescription, eyeglass segment height measurement and the distance between the center of my pupils. They do a great job at VERY REASONABLE PRICES. I chose the exact brand, type and line of lens, specific coatings and they did not substitute with lesser and cheaper products like several local eyeglasses did. I love this company. When my prescription was improperly dispensed and I had to get a new prescription this company took care of replacing the lens with the new prescription at no charge. Truly a superior eyeglass company.

Great Company
Jennifer's customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend ordering from them and if you have any questions or concerns she'll definitely help you in any way she can. You can also purchase new frames from them at a cheaper price from the stores. I love my new glasses. I'll absolutely be ordering an extra back up pair soon.
