SO GLAD this service exists as the big brands don't make it easy to fix your glasses and force you to buy new frames every year. It was beyond easy to find the parts that I needed, and I noticed that if I required an even bigger fix, EVERY conceivable part for my Ray-Ban eyeglasses was cataloged and available. The only awareness piece I would share is that since this company is in Spain, if you are in the US, you are going to see a wait to receive your items. For me, it was about two weeks-- completely reasonable and understandable when you consider that the way companies like Amazon have spoiled us with one and two-day delivery is TRULY unsustainable, and I would rather give my business to a company that has a quality business model. So, I would say find what you need-- maybe even double up your order if it's a smaller item (I would have if I had thought about it ahead of time) and know that in a couple of weeks you will have the items you need to make your frames last.
