I had a great experience getting diagnostics completed by RepairSmith on my older vehicle (2003). Denzel was my technician and he was so so patient + understanding. Denzel exceeded my expectations - going above and beyond - to help troubleshoot my car's problems. If RepairSmith did repairs for the problem I had, I would have certainly hired them to fix my car but sadly I have to outsource to another company. I would gladly recommend RepairSmith to anyone.

Leo the mechanic was punctual and professional. Did a diagnostic test and did a great job. Told me exactly was the problem and got rid of any concern I had. Was honest and professional. Did a great job and provided great service.

I was reluctant, as many are, to trust a mechanic who shows up to your place. But, I was kinda stuck because I didn’t really know what was wrong and didn’t want my car just sitting at a shop, waiting to get a diagnosis. So, I made my appointment and waited. Dylan was prompt and professional! We discussed my options because my coolant system has basically shut down. He evaluated the situation and we decided to move forward with him doing the work needed. The downside was scheduling another appointment, but I had to finance it through “AFFIRM”, which was easy and handled through the APP. I requested Dylan to do the work when I scheduled my next appointment. Again, he was Prompt and Professional! He went right to work while I went back inside the A/C and enjoyed my coffee. My car was fixed and I had peace of mind knowing that he would be called back out if it fails because of their 12 month warranty. I’m hoping that I don’t have any more issues, but I know who to call if I do!

Chase was my mechanic and I’m ever so grateful!!! He fixed my little Smart Car that has been sitting for 2 years!!! I thought it was the electric battery (which would have been big $), it was the other battery!! He fixed it and now she just needs a bath and registration. Thank you Chase!!

I needed a serpentine belt changed in my VW and an oil change. I did a google search for these services and RepairSmith showed up. I did an estimate of the price and wow, half the price of my local repair shop and a quarter of the price of the dealer for the belt change. The oil change was a little pricey but saving time is worth money. I was able to keep working and making money the whole time the mechanic was at my home. I made the request at around 6 in the morning, Leo showed up at 8:30 and was done by 9:30. I will be using these guys when I can from now on here in Miami, FL.

My check engine light came on in my truck. I took it to get a diagnostic scan done, and luckily, it showed I only needed a sparkplug replaced. When I took my truck to get the sparkplug replaced, they could not get to my truck for a week. Uugh! I know you aren't supposed to drive your vehicle when the check engine light is on, so instead of continuing to drive around to find a business to help me out, I drove home to do my searching on the internet. I know they say replacing a spark plug is pretty easy, but being a 55-year-old female, this is not in my wheelhouse. So, after doing some research, I went with RepairSmith. Best decision ever! I didn't have to risk causing any damage to my truck by driving it anywhere or it breaking down somewhere. I just parked it in my driveway, and the very next day, they were able to come out and fix it. The technician was also able to do a more thorough scan and ensure what mechanical issue was occurring with the truck. In the process of making the repair, a small hose broke. The technician had to order a new part and was back the very next day and fixed it within 10 minutes. All of this was done while I was able to be in my house getting things done. Another bonus is the fact that they could have even come to my work to do the repair as well. Yes, I might have had to pay a little bit more for this convenience, but it is more than worth it for me. I will 100% be calling RepairSmith again for any auto issues; as well as recommending them to everyone I know.

Dylan was outstanding. He was professional and courteous. He is very good and knowledgeable. I believe you Need more technicians like him that get the job done!!! I would like Dylan to be the technician on my car anytime it requires service. BThompson 09-21-22
