Update 12/23/2022 RepairSmith bent over backwards to make this right. They rescheduled the appointment at my convenience and the tech arrived on time to complete the repairs. They even threw in a complimentary oil change which I really appreciate. The unexpected cancellations of the first 2 appointments was disappointing and frustrating but their customer service people made a huge effort to make amends and ensure my car was road-ready once again. I’ve used RepairSmith in the past and I will likely continue to do so. 12/19/2022. This “service” is unreliable. They do not show up when promised and always seem to be “running late”, which means they will NOT get to your appointment during “the window” and they will attempt to make amends by offering to reschedule. They won’t show up for the “new” appointment either! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!

My appointment for this morning was canceled at the last minute by RepairSmith. A customer service representative called me this afternoon to explain the cancelation and offer an apology for my inconvenience and offer to reschedule. His call to assist in the matter improved my confidence in RepairSmith. I hope to receive good work from the technician at my rescheduled appointment.
