RepairDesk is a huge team of people ready to help you no matter what kind of issues you have with your business. There are several key member that helped us, Aisha has been so kind with us, Usman take care of everything and lately Joseph Arnold was outstanding in the process of helping me :).

Great Software
This software does take some to set up but is definitely worth it. It makes your shop much more organized. I just had questions regarding inventory management and Arnold got on a call with me immediately. Highly recommended

We use RepairDesk for our POS and…
We use RepairDesk for our POS and Repair tracking in all our UK stores. So far it's been great and we never experience any downtimes and rarely have issues. The support is always on hand for questions and issues, live chats are always answered within minutes! I'd like to give a big shout out to our account manager Danish, he was excellent through the setup and training process. He is also always on hand if you need him and checks in with you regularly. Top marks all round!
