RepairDesk was able to handle 100% of daily tasks and streamline all processes in our repair shops. Creating Tickets, Managing COGS, Employee management so on and so forth. And to top it off, the RepairDesk support team is there to help you through any questions and always there to help me out :) Supper helpful agent :D i was being helped by a great employee her name is sierra. she is great i was very impressed by how she was helping me. i was lost did not know what to do and she guided me to the right path i am very grateful that I have used repair desk awesome team keep it up !!

Very fast and good support !
The best part about Repairdesk is the fast and friendly support staff! They are always there and help in an instant. The software itself has lots of usefull features and works pretty well. I has had some minor issues, but they work on them and update regularly. A new version will be out soon, i guess we can all look forward to it !

The help from the customer support is… excelent!
The help from the customer support is excellent, really helpful and understanding. Arnold helped me really fast and the printer is working great now! I really like to use repair desk, is very efficient and works great!

Easly I can say that Is best spend ££ every month.
Using Repair Desk from few Years now. It's a great piece of software, what did let me completely change my Business into digital database. In any aspect. And what's extremely important... SUPER customer support. Life, any time, working together to sort Your problem. Sure, there is so much to do, but it's coming form what they wont to do. Project expanding every day. Important as well: Fixed price. Easly I can say that Is best spend ££ every month. Really Thank You all RD Team, especially Arnold and Danish :)
