Shipping and efficacy
Your shipping takes a very long time and the two products I get haven’t shown any demonstrable difference. But I buy from you because you have a respectable brand.

Quality control?
My order came dirty, poorly packed, with one wrong item and one leaking.

We’re very sorry for this experience. Our team reached out to arrange replacements but hasn’t received a response and therefore doesn’t know which products need to be replaced. To make things right, we’re refunding the entire order and hope to hear back so we can ensure everything is fully resolved.
