Overall, this has been a good experience so far. Everything arrives on time, and exchanges are easy. My only complaint is that only about 40% of the inventory is available at any time.

Thred is getting better. Their customer service has been good to deal with but their biggest issue is availability or products. When you browse the site, at first, it seems like there are tons of options but as you select your size and only available items it shrinks considerably. Also would be nice if there was a better system to notify people of items being back in stock. It seems like some things are never actually accessible

The clothing quality and customer service at RentWithThred are great, but popular pieces often seem to be out of stock, especially in XL and ≥33w sizes. I’d love more regular inventory refreshes and an easier return experience. Browsing would also be better with a color filter and the ability to favorite an item in my exact size directly from its product page. A dedicated "rentwiththred" app and an "Alta App"-style virtual try-on feature would be welcomed additions, helping me browse, save favorites, and picture myself in the clothes before renting.

Like the selection of clothing. And delivery speed has improved over recent memory. Sometimes systems don’t update properly and needing to clarify with others happen more frequently than would like.

So far I’ve found the Thred team to be responsive and quick to process orders. Would love to see more item variety in my size (M, 32), particularly pants.

Love the style of clothing available Everything comes clean and well packaged. I wish the inventory was a bit more robust and that there were sizing guidelines and comments you could leave on items to help future renters size appropriately. Other than that, process has been mostly smoothe and customer service is responsive.

I love the process of ordering and the concept. Selections for my size have become extremely limited lately so I either reorder the same items or pass on everything. I’d also be much quicker to purchase more items from the store if they were a bit closer to “used” prices. Things are priced as new so I’m tempted to just buy direct.
