Rentec DirectReviews of rentecdirect.com

Rentec is always quick to reply to my requests for information. I love the product and company!

I'm super happy with the technical assistance I receive with Rentec Direct. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Thank you Myra B!

I asked a question about accounting in Rentec that I was having trouble figuring out. Myra answered my question by showing exactly what I had done wrong and it fixed my problem immediately. I want to thank Myra for going beyond giving a standard answer and finding the solution herself. We have been using Rentec several years now and it has made our office work smoother and efficiently.

What made me have a "great" experience, is the courtesy and professionalism that was shown to me during the conversation. I needed help and Myra went above and beyond helping me, in dialogue that I could relate to.

I want to thank Colton from RentTech Direct for the outstanding support. He has been great to work with — always very responsive and quick to reply. As someone new to RentTech and also newly launching a property management company, I had quite a few questions, and Colton took the time to clarify everything clearly and patiently. His support made the onboarding process much smoother and gave me confidence moving forward. I truly appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Colton has been a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire set up of my account!
