Great customer service. The team is very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company where you can actually reach a real person who understands the system and takes the time to walk you through solutions. Their team makes onboarding, troubleshooting, and day-to-day questions easy, which saves us a lot of time. The software itself is solid and reliable, but the support behind it is what truly makes the difference.

Hard to learn. Banking info from Forte is terrible. Very time consuming to see who has paid.

The representative I worked with today was Traci. She was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding individual. It is great to see a company that values good ol’ quality customer service. We recently moved from DoorLoop to Rentec Direct, and I have no regrets. While the software might lack a few capabilities that DoorLoop offers, the quality of customer service, including their responsiveness, makes up for this. We are a customer for life!
