I am extremely happy with RentechDirect and the way this platform has streamlined my property management business. It brings so many important functions into one place, including property listings and marketing, rent collection, security deposit collection, online payments, online tenant applications, tenant screening, tenant onboarding, property onboarding, property ledgers, financial reporting, property maintenance and inspections, and many other day-to-day property management tasks. I consider myself pretty technical, but with so many features available, it did take me some time to learn the platform and understand how to make the most of everything it offers. Once I got familiar with it, however, I found it to be a very powerful and useful tool for managing properties more efficiently. The best part of RentechDirect is their customer service. Their support team is absolutely awesome. They are always there when I need help. If I can't reach someone right away, I simply leave a message, and they always call me back. More importantly, they don't just answer the question and move on—they stay with me until the issue is fully resolved. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and want to help them succeed. The pricing is also very reasonable considering how many features and functions are included in the platform. I highly recommend RentechDirect to property managers and property owners who want to save time, streamline their operations, and stay compliant with rental property laws and requirements. It has become a valuable part of how I manage my properties and run my business.

Great customer service and a great product.

I purchased Rentec Direct specifically because of the excellent reviews of the support team. My experience with support has been fantastic. They always seem to be willing to go above and beyond to assist me in using the software to its highest potential and helping sort out any issues that arise in a timely fashion. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Denys is always amazing and Myra was just as helpful! Those two ladies are absolutely great! Only one of your support team is a little rough around the edges but I am unsure of her name. She wasn't rude per say but she definitely was not very welcoming. Almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. Sorry I can't give a name on that one but other than that Rentec support is always very easy to work with!!!

I emailed support when I couldn't find a report I was looking for. They emailed me back in under five minutes with the instructions of how to find the exact report I needed and even included screen shots. Amazing customer service!

Rentec Direct and their staff are amazing! Over the past several years they have always been Always prompt, professional and very helpful. Traci recently helped us with several questions and and needs and she provided help every step of the way!
