So this rentech has my rent all screwed…
So this rentech has my rent all screwed up and I've only been at my current address for 2 months. I made a payment for June on May 29th, and it's showing that I never paid rent for june! I call their customer service desk and that lady was so condescending with such a bad attitude I would never ever want my tenants to deal with such rudimentary software or such crappy people! And next time I'm looking for a home if they mention rent tech, I will run the opposite direction!

Rentec has no influence or control over your property manager's payment processing, payment timing, accounting procedures, or ledger updates, nor do we handle tenant funds. Your property manager is the one to contact related to those activities. Because we cannot access or edit payment history of our clients, we recommend contacting your property manager directly for more information about your account or to correct any mistakes.
