I found this website while looking for cheap books. AT first i was a little hesitant to order from here since i have never heard of this site before.But i went for it and its great. I usually use expedited shipping for a little extra fee and my books have gotten to me very quick. I am very pleased with this rentbooks.com. This semester i have rented/bought all my books here. Ordered My text book thinking it would come with all of the material needed for the class, Nowhere did I see saying that it was missing one of the discs. Emailed them about it and they wouldnt fix it, because I was dumb and ordered it that way

I had just wanted to rent my books this semester seeing as I'll only need them for one class, and probably never again. So I rented my books through you guys, and I didn't get my access code when it says the access code would be with it. Now I can't even do my assignments until I purchase an access code. There's no phone number to actually contact anyone, and I have to chat with someone online like a chat room and I don't even know if they're real or a robot. All around frustrated. I don't have what I need and I spent good money on what I thought I was getting... Especially on a rental. And the only thing the guy online did for me was give me a shipping label to ship the book back. I need the book! And I needed you guys to give me the access code like it says it has. Sadly, I won't use you again, and I won't recommend you either.
