I received a textbook rental and the book is in such horrible shape that my Professor had to lend me one of hers! The whole first chapter fell out of the binding, there are pages totally missing, and there are so many highlights and writing in it I couldn't keep my thoughts straight when trying to read it. I cannot believe that anyone would send out a book like that and have the nerve to charge for it on top of everything else.

Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with rentbooks.com. I am disappointed with the service. I can't believe the rental starts right when you order the books, not when your books are received like other rental companies. I am just baffled at how horrible my experience was. I did not receive my books on time. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Ordering textbooks is expensive but important part of schooling. I chose to rent books from rentbooks.com and the description said CDs included. When the book arrived, there was no CD and I inquired twice with customer service and got no response so I had to order another book elsewhere.

Easy way to choose my books. Nice option to receive my book with no shipping fee. I received the books even earlier than expected.

I'm very satisfied with my rental, it arrived very quickly and the expedited shipping was much cheaper than I was expecting. The book was in great condition as well. Over all a 10/10.

I paid extra money to get my books to me in a speedy fashion. Unfortunately I didn't get my book for almost two weeks, when I paid to get them in 3-5 days. When I emailed them for help I got no response. Very dissatisfied customer.
