I love rentbooks.com because they are inexpensive and I get my books really quick and the quality of the books are not bad at all, plus I like the little refund that I get back once I return my books. So far I have rented about 5 books from rentbooks.com. I have also told some of my fellow students about it.

Received books within a few days! Great!

Got the books sooner than I expected. Love the idea I don't have to worry about selling them or where to put them if I kept them. Nursing school books get replaced quickly so keeping them is a waste

I paid for 2 day shipping, yet it took 4 business days to receive it. Doubtful that I will do business with this company again.

I rented a ebook/DVD. When I received the merchandise I could not install it because the access code printed in the back of the CD did not match and gave me and error at the time of installation. I contacted rentbooks.com via email because they did not have a listed phone number. I Its been more than 3 days and I have not heard back from them. The only solution now it would be return the item for a full refund. I guess their advertisement online should not be cheap books but cheap customer service...
