The medication that was to be shipped with the frozen packs was not packaged in the frozen pack. The other medication came in the frozen medical packs. It was a 90 degree day and I’m worried about using the medication due to it not being package properly.

Will probably have to discontinue use as greed and exploitation are making prices so high I will not be able to continue with the program...it's like what happened after coronavirus where everyone blamed COVID for price hikes, now everyone will try to blame tariffs...but it's just plain greed in this case. These companies know the devastating effects aging can have on your body and energy level, etc...and they know there are no other options available to address these issues which means we have no choice but to pay their high prices or suffer the misery of aging...I can't speak for anyone else but the cost of the 5 prescriptions I take have definitely gone up.

However, your feedback has us a bit confused, because we have not changed our prices in over a decade. Not during Covid, and not now.
