I got exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. The only downside was that I didn't receive any type of communication from Renewgoo that my order was received or being processed. I was afraid I had been duped and was excited when the package arrived from them.

I ORDERED A WALLET, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE. I CONTACTED THE SELLER, AND THEY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL. WITHIN A FEW DAYS I RECEIVED A REFUND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

This would be 5 stars, but the title of the item did not match the description of the item - they were both top hats, but two different brands. The actual merchandise matched the title, and was lovely. The tracking feature works perfectly.
