Not only I received the wrong product. The have Terrible customer service. No answer to messenger messages, emails or vice mails. Nobody answers the phone, ever. I’m stuck with this chandelier that is not what I ordered. No instructions on how to start the return. Don’t buy anything from Renewgoo.

This was my first experience with Renewgoo and it went very well. The item was exactly as described, at a good price and it arrived even sooner than predicted. A good experience overall.

Great service and price for item

Item ordered was over two months expired. Very poor quality control.

I never heard of them, I have never dealt with them. However, suddenly started getting text messages (sms) from them with discount offers. I believe these practices of sending unwanted messages is unethical.

I have placed two orders with Renewgoo. The first one was for 4 NEW pillows; ONE WAS USED!!!!! The second order was for 2 Queen pillows; 2 KING pillows arrived. Refunds take an inordinate amount of time. So: It has been a very unpleasant experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, ORDER FROM OTHER COMPANIES!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
