The product arrived quickly, but it was was not “new open box,” as described. While it was in great condition, it clearly belonged to someone else before me. The google Assisstant smart speaker was already linked to two other individual’s google home accounts. I had to do a hard reset on the device in order to clear the accounts. I think the speaker initially sent these other accounts a request for permission. On the flip-side, if a hard reset had been done at the warehouse, I would have thought the device was brand new.

Update: After this posted, I was contacted and they worked really hard to get the correct item to me. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock, so they issued me an immediate refund. I will say that this has changed my mind and have changed the rating. We will give them another chance. Shipped the wrong item to me. Won't send the correct one. Have to wait for return of wrong item for refund. Ordered and paid for $60 medium compression shorts and received x-small compression sleeve. Their first offer was a $10 gift card and keep the sleeve that I had no use for and would not fit if I did. They never offered to send the correct item.
