Shipped as committed. Good job there

Great product. Nothing was broken. Overall I will be purchasing from them again!!

Return process not hassle free. Called customer service and was told I would receive an email with the return label/postage. Still waiting...

I received my order quickly and I. Good condition. Thank you!

The Ugly Dolls arrived fairly quick given how slow things are. Dolls are as described and are in good condition. My grandpup loves his Ugly Dolls they're the only toys he doesn't rip apart. The seller was nice to work with.

The non perishable item I ordered had an expiration date of 2020.

You had the only 3 light chandelier I could find on the internet that matched the 3 lights kits that I had purchased for my kitchen remodel. I needed one more to finish the project. Brand new in original box, delivered within expected time, and looks great!

I was a little disappointed in the item that I ordered because it said it was new open box but what it was a used returned item and it was scratched on the top and it had a broken plastic piece. Now I am going to keep it even with it's faults, because the reason why I ordered it was it's something that's discontinued and I was trying to match a set and I cannot get them anywhere else so I will just fix up the one I got. The order itself though was a breeze and came in a timely manner and well packaged.
