Happy with the Shark vacuum. One small issue resolved quickly by calling Shark . New part will be received within 3-5 days. Part did not cause any malfunction of vacuum.

I know I came at a time that there’s slot going on and you were still setting up but my experience was still hood . I was able to find what I wanted and purchase it at a great price . I will return again .

A great site.

I was initially quite upset as the ordered float arrived with a hole in it rendering it useless. However, the company responded promptly to the review and replaced the float quickly with an undamaged one. That is good customer service.

I place my order back at the end of May and I still haven't received my order. They claim they were being shipped from the USA but when I track my order it just shows an airplane and says in transit. Very displeased

Everything was good except I did pay extra for s more expedient delivery. But it did take an extra day to deliver.
