RenewgooReviews of renewgoo.com

Everything was perfect!

I ordered head phones and only one side worked. Bad buy. Although they did follow up with a prompt response

Awesome deals an awesome Staff Dee is the best !!!

This is my first purchase with your company and will be my last. This blanket is a knock off of the Berkshire velvet blanket. You falsely advertised your product. The blanket is half the quality of a Berkshire blanket. I would not have wasted my money on a knockoff. People aren't stupid. Stop trying to take advantage of them with your false product information.

Best price online for exactly what I was looking for! Came very quickly with no shipping fees. Product was in perfect condition. You couldn’t ask for more. Thanks 😊

fast delivery. good price.

I don't write reviews but felt I had to for this company. I have to commend their customer service. Had to deal with them several times about shipping delays...not their fault, they delivered the package rapidly to the USPS who totally dropped the ball ...for days and days. The customer service rep kept in touch with me independent of my emails to them. They did everything to make this situation turn out positively and their integrity and work ethic are impressive to say the least. It seems the norm now is lackluster customer service with little follow through and no hurry to rectify a problem, Not with this company...they were on top of everything and committed to my satisfactory outcome. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them highly to everyone.
