The wrong blanket was sent, and two out of the three pillow case sets were not what was listed and ordered on the website. I’m just keeping the items because I can still use them and give them as gifts. That’s what they were ordered for, as holiday gifts. This is the first time this has happened from this site and several orders over the past few months. It was just a mistake.

The comforter is of very cheap quality. Also came ripped though I don’t want to go to the hassle of sending it back. I emailed the company showing them a picture of it and asking for somewhat of a re- fund and have not heard back yet. Update. It is now October 1. I have emailed them back three times with pictures after I received their response to my review. STILL Haven’t heard anything back. So far my experience with you, sucks! And if I am emailing to the wrong email address then provide the correct one with me in an email so that I can communicate with you! I just hit reply, and sent them that way. Oct 5. In ur email, please provide the email address I’m suppose to reply to, bc just replying back obviously isn’t working. I have sent pictures, descriptions, and etc. and I also answered ur question about if I would accept an e-gift card. 10/17 update. Something was going on with email making it difficult to communicate, however I did get a full refund and am actually impressed with their stand behind promise. I wish the miscommunication wouldn’t have happened but they are true to there word leaving me w wanting to give them 5 stars.
