We would be happy to assist you with an exchange, allowing you to select bundles that better meet your preferences, provided the product is returned in an unused and unaltered condition. Please note that we do not require our customers to keep any products they are not satisfied with for any reason. Our product page clearly states: “Due to the raw nature of our hair, the texture, pattern, and color tone may vary from bundle to bundle. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific styles or patterns, as we only sell natural textures that are unaltered and unprocessed.” We also recommend adding any specific preferences in the order notes at checkout.
