When you reached out and mentioned that the hair felt thinner than expected, our team immediately offered a refund or exchange, provided the bundles were returned before installation. This allows us to inspect the hair and send you a replacement that aligns with your preferred fullness and texture. Since the hair was installed due to your upcoming appointment, we weren’t able to proceed with an exchange at that point. Because our raw hair is a natural product, variations in thickness, texture, and color do occur. If the natural characteristics of a bundle are not to your liking, the best option is not to install it so we can replace it with bundles that better meet your expectations — and we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect match. Anytime a customer receives hair that does not meet our quality expectations, we encourage sending it back before installation so we can assess it and provide a replacement if needed.
