We had a TERRIBLE experience. WARREN KOELMAN was the salesman and he was very unprofessional, aggressive, and he raised his voice at me talking over me suggesting that I was trying to drive slave labor from Virtual Assistant!! He told he's been in this industry for "years" and told me I needed to hire a 40 hour - FULL TIME V.A. for scribing and admin. I DONT WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK! I ONLY SEE 8-12 PATIENTS A WEEK. I ONLY NEED A PARTTIME SOLUTION, NOT FULLTIME. After I snapped back at him, he tried to save his sale, but the damage was already done. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone in my practice or network due to WARREN KOELMAN.
