Communication with the onboarding manager was prompt and clear, providing precise guidance on the next steps. The RemoFirst web application also offers a user‑friendly interface. One area that could be improved is the availability of an initial point of contact for individuals interested in being employed through an EOR but who have questions regarding specific countries. In my case, I had to schedule a meeting as a prospective employer and clarify in the description that I was reaching out as a potential future employee. Only then was I redirected to the appropriate department.
