That device is actually very well made and works very well! It does help my shoulder with the vibration and the heat which and relaxes the shoulder muscles. The only complaint that I have is that delivery was way too long.

Add more vibrator unit (2) more would be great.

Overall, I'm pleased with the product. The only knock is that I wish the massagers were a little stronger. I would actually rate a 4.5 but since I can only do whole numbers, I'll go with a 4. Very easy to use but be aware it does ship from China so expect a little longer shipment lag time.

I was surprised the charge isn’t very long. I thought the heat was going to be hotter. But otherwise I’m using it everyday on both shoulders. Had surgery on the left 9 weeks ago. I do ice too. I thought the delivery was slow. I thought maybe it wasn’t coming, but it came. All is well.

It took a bit for the device to come but it came well packaged and in good condition. It is easy to use and very comfortable, I enjoy my sessions with it. I feel that I am beginning to get some relief from my shoulder pain. I can sleep better now without the pain waking me up. I still have a ways to go before I can say the device fixed me and I am pain free. I will continue to use it everyday until then.

The company kept me informed about the product’s delivery and gave instructions for its use. They seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I would have liked to know that it was being shipped from China. I have had some relief for my back pain.

Delivery reasonably fast and kept me informed. It’s a shame there are no instructions with the equipment. Not sure whether I am positioning it correctly!
