Eric Barreau and his team were professional, very knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Could not ask for a better experience while buying the home meant for us. Thank you Eric Barreau and Reliance First Capital team.

Michael Attanasio, Assistant Sales Manager at Reliance First Capital was fantastic to work with during our recent refinance. Mike stayed in constant, close contact with us through every step of the process and explained each step thoroughly, going above and beyond. Mike is a knowledgeable and professional agent who is detailed and honest in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to family and friends in the future for all their mortgage needs

They provided me a refinance mortgage service during a time when I was not going to be able to get a loan. I did not have a high credit score. I was going to get a loan with a very high interest rate. Working with my loan officer were able to call me a loan that was fair and with a fixed rate.

Kevin Wood did an exceptional job from start to finish on my loan. All the Reliance employees that I dealt with did a great job. Smooth process from start to finish.

Patrick Lee Germovsek was amazing. Let me start by saying this was my 5th attempt to refinance my house. I recently went through a divorce and so this loan was essential and extremely difficult. When I first talked to Patrick, he said "I can get it done." I remember laughing at him and saying... That's what the others said too. Determination, positivity, knowledge and communication are just a few skills Patrick brought to the table. I always knew where things stood during the loan process. Even after hours a few times, he was spot on. Patrick is the most knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and honest loan guy you will ever meet. I will not hesitate to recommend Patrick. Patrick... thank you for all of your hard work, your personality is gold, intentions are true. You are a very dedicated individual. I really cannot thank you enough. You definitely worked your ass off for this one.

I just refinanced my home through Reliance. Carol Austin and Lindsay Jaquith were my main contacts. Carol and I spoke.about a year ago and luckily I kept her phone number. My loan was a challenge to get approved for many reasons, but Carol is a great loan officer and knows how to get threw all the paperwork needed to get a loan done. I had a 45 year career as a commercial loan officer in Memphis, so I understand fully what she and Reliance did for me. I personally recommend Carol and Reliance if you are buying a home or simply refinancing. Ask for Carol Austin when you call.
