Difficulty obtaining assistance in needed replacement of battery for fairly new portable machine . This created great difficulty for me because the machine stopped working just before I had to be hospitalized and I received little help under circumstances

Constantly no one answers the phone - do not respond to contacts - do not really help customers in emergency situations. Been going to them for years - consistently suck! In every way! New insurance - new sleep doctor - hopefully a new provider.

None of them have even approached the level of professional care and concern of Reliable Respiratory. From the first call that I made to inquire about changing from the supplier I was using to them, they were very patient in walking me thru all the steps needed to with providers.
