This company is right on top of their products. I recently ordered annual replacement parts for my cpap machine, on line, it was very simple to do. The parts arrived quickly.

They are a delight to work with. Very professional and extremely caring folks.

My opinion However communication with them isn't that good I don't have a regular tech person that I can call Who knows me

I kept the CPAP machine only very briefly, then returned it. Hated it. The woman who showed it to me was terse and quick. I have asked numerous times to be removed from the reminder phone calls, yet I still get them. Constantly. Often a few times a week. I no longer answer them. Now I am even getting their unwanted emails. It is becoming harassment. I want it all to stop immediately! PS You even spelled my name wrong in this email … total ineptness all the way around.

Initial set up was very good and helpful. No problems with machine for the past 11months of use. Additional supplies easy to order with fast efficient delivery.

Great customer service.
