Hit or miss. Often I will leave a message because that is the only option I am given and no one will call me back...even when I clearly state the name of the person the message is for and that I am returning her call or providing information for a specific person who requested i call bank with information needed. ??????? When I directly reach a person who can respond to my question or problem, they are great. That is about 1 call out of 5. So frustrating. that I do not try even when I need something so as not to go through the stressful frustration. EXAMPLE, right now I need a liner for my mask because my mask leaks all night. Another option, tighten the mask so hard the it will nat leak - and feel my face hog-tied all night and feel exhausted in the morning.

RR is just that, "reliable". They remind customers when they are due for a re-stock.
