my wife is able to use a pmv valve but the compressor was removed the day we got home from rehab and it was stated the insurance wouldn't pay but it was delivered and setup the previous week and ready to go it is disappointing that she cannot use her real voice and we were not given any options just call our insurance. lame

The machine and the mask was supposed to make you breathe better and relieve your apnea but the mask was way to much uncomfortable and it didn’t help at my breathing problems and created a very stressful insomnia night. The technician who brought the machine at my house had no clue how the machine worked and in every question in regard of the machine her answer was I don’t know call the center or read the booklet. That’s my experience,I would say horrible

They are absolutely great. Their employees are very helpful and patient. They actually come out to your home and make sure that the equipment is right for you and that you are comfortable using it; both cpap and oxygen.

I enjoy the fact that Reliable keeps track of my replacement times. Wiith all else that is going on in my life it is great to feel confident in getting my CPAP supplies recommended automatically and on time.
